RAPS | Reform the Australian Psychological Society

David Michal Lipták is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). As the peak body for the discipline and profession of psychology, the APS supports high standards for the profession, advocacy and supports community well-being.

In 2016 a group of active APS members began advocating for the reform of the society, known as RAPS (Reform the Australian Psychological Society). Vision Psychology is proud to support the movement to reform the APS. David is joining with others to move the society away from an exclusive clinical psychology structure and advocacy to include the full spectrum of psychologists, counselling, forensic, organisational, educational, generalist practitioners,

On the 6 June 2017 at the APS General Meeting, David Michal Lipták proudly supported the RAPS campaign by voting no to changes to the APS board.
